The 5% online processing fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Val Global Tour.
Val Global Tour will not represent the fee as non-refundable in circumstances where applicable law requires otherwise.

Val Global Tour will process an eligible refund subject to applicable law and any amounts already committed to third-party suppliers that cannot reasonably be recovered.
Any applicable deduction will be disclosed to the customer.
3.2 Cancellation After 24 Hours Through 7 Days
For cancellations made more than 24 hours but within 7 days of booking, the customer may receive 90% of the eligible amount paid, with a 10% cancellation deduction.
The 10% deduction may cover administrative, reservation, processing, supplier, and other costs associated with the booking.
3.3 Cancellation More Than 7 Days After Booking
For cancellations made more than 7 days after booking and more than 30 days before departure, no cash refund will ordinarily be provided.
At its discretion, Val Global Tour may issue a travel voucher or credit for use toward a future Val Global Tour tour.
The voucher:
- Is subject to the terms provided when issued;
- May not be redeemed for cash;
- May not cover the full price of a replacement tour;
- May be subject to expiration;
- May be subject to availability.
If the replacement tour costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
If the replacement tour costs less, the difference will not automatically be refunded.
3.4 Cancellation Within 30 Days of Departure
Cancellations made 30 days or less before departure are non-refundable, except where:
- Applicable law requires a refund;
- Val Global Tour expressly agrees otherwise; or
- The customer’s purchased travel protection provides coverage for the cancellation.
3.5 No-Show
A customer who does not appear at the required departure location and time will be considered a no-show.
No refund will be provided.
3.6 Missed Departure
The tour will normally depart at the published time.
If a customer misses the departure, Val Global Tour is not responsible for transportation, lodging, meals, or other expenses required to join the tour later.

Customers should keep valuable items, medications, identification, and other important personal items with them.
9. ACCESSIBILITY & SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
Val Global Tour is committed to complying with applicable disability-access requirements and providing reasonable accessibility information to travelers.
Customers with accessibility needs should contact Val Global Tour before booking whenever possible so that the company can discuss whether the specific tour can accommodate the customer’s needs.

- Walking requirements
- Stairs
- Terrain
- Restaurants
- Other facilities
Wheelchairs and Mobility Devices
Travelers with disabilities may bring their personal wheelchair or mobility device, including a motorized wheelchair, subject to the applicable transportation provider’s requirements, vehicle capacity, safety requirements, and the specific tour arrangements.
Customers traveling with a motorized wheelchair or other mobility device must notify Val Global Tour before booking whenever possible. This allows Val Global Tour to determine whether the specific motorcoach, transportation arrangements, hotels, and other tour facilities can accommodate the device.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their wheelchair or mobility device, including its approximate size, weight, dimensions, and any other information reasonably requested by Val Global Tour or the transportation provider.
For safety and operational reasons, certain mobility devices may require advance arrangements or may be subject to limitations depending on the motorcoach and tour arrangements. Val Global Tour will make reasonable efforts to coordinate accessibility needs in advance but cannot guarantee that every tour, vehicle, attraction, hotel, or facility will accommodate every type or size of mobility device.
Customers should not assume that a motorized wheelchair can be accommodated without receiving confirmation from Val Global Tour before booking.
The traveler is responsible for the care, operation, charging, and personal use of their wheelchair or mobility device unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically arranged with Val Global Tour.

Travel insurance is not included in the tour price unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

- Baggage loss or damage
- Travel delays
- Emergency assistance
- Other covered travel-related losses
Any travel insurance must be purchased directly by the customer from an independent insurance provider. Customers are responsible for reviewing the insurance policy, exclusions, limitations, eligibility requirements, coverage amounts, and claims procedures before purchasing.
Coverage depends entirely on the terms of the customer’s insurance policy. Val Global Tour does not guarantee that any particular loss, cancellation, interruption, medical expense, or other circumstance will be covered by travel insurance.
The customer’s cancellation under Val Global Tour’s Cancellation & Refund Policy and a covered cancellation under a separate travel insurance policy are not the same thing.
If a customer chooses not to purchase travel insurance, the customer remains subject to Val Global Tour’s applicable Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy, including any applicable cancellation deadlines, fees, and refund limitations.
Val Global Tour is not responsible for obtaining, administering, or processing a customer’s travel insurance policy or insurance claim. Customers must contact their insurance provider directly regarding coverage, claims, reimbursements, or other insurance matters.

- Motorcoach companies
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Attractions
- Tour guides
- Other travel-service providers
These suppliers may have their own terms, policies, safety procedures, and operating requirements.

Any specific court venue or dispute-resolution provision should be finalized after Illinois legal review.
